While our totes are meant to do all the heavy-lifting, avoid resting heavy items on top of the totes! This will prevent the durable design from warping.

Cleaning Your Tote

Life gets messy! Versa Tote is easy to clean with just water. For tougher stains we suggest using mild soap or an anti-bacterial wipe.

Cleaning Your Liner and Accessories

For liners, we recommend using a soft cloth and mild soap to spot clean. Our Everyday Liners can be machined-washed on the delicate cycle and then hung to dry. Do not place them in the dryer.

For straps and accessories, we recommend spot cleaning with a soft cloth and warm water. For stubborn marks, try a gentle dish detergent on a cloth or sponge. Do not use any harsh chemicals or abrasive cloths or brushes.

I liked the look, feel and quality of the strap. It was too short for me. I did not see the longer option at time of order. Perhaps a new category would help. I would want to carry a full heavy tote on my shoulder not forearm. A cross body would be even better.

Colors are not as pictured. I asked for an exchange for a different guitar strap that was available when I ordered this one with the custom tote and apparently there are only limited options upon an exchange. I had to return the bag and strap just to turn around and purchase the same bag with a different strap. Very disappointed in customer service.

I am so bummed out about this. I love the tote and the insert, but unfortunately, the guitar straps started falling apart after just a few days; which really stinks because I love their look! Versa totes return policy is no help, if it didn’t happen in the first three days and if anything is out of its original package or has tags removed, you’re just stuck with it. Disappointing, especially with it being $140 purchase. Unfortunate learning experience

The site was a “little” difficult to maneuver but once I figured it out, it was super FUN building my perfect tote! Bogg bags were nice but this takes the cake! It’s very “fancy” with the scallop edges and the liner I picked is PERFECT!!!!

I like the pattern and didn’t realize there was a shimmery aspect to it. I wish they were slightly longer so I could more comfortably carry the bag on my shoulder, but overall they are sturdy and cute.

I love the bag and the inside organizer, the straps are good quality and the bag is built very well. The only thing I wish was that the straps would be just a little longer so you can carry it over your shoulder if need be, and perhaps a wrap around to keep the straps together. I have got many complements on the tote so far and I am enjoying its usefulness.
