At Versa Tote we don’t use any animal skins or by-products to produce our bags. We strive to provide a sustainable option to those who love fashion and want to look stylish without the use of animals.

  • Where is my confirmation email?

Order confirmations are sent out immediately. Our emails can sometimes accidentally go to your junk mail or spam folder. Please check these folders.

If you haven’t received confirmation from us, please contact us at info@versa-tote.com with the name and email address used at checkout and we will be happy to assist you further.

  • Can I cancel my order?

Items can be canceled if they have not been shipped out.

  • Can I change my order?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. If your order has not been processed, please email us at info@versa-tote.com to cancel the order and place a new one.

  • My order did not go through. Can you help?

If your order is not successful, we recommend verifying that all of your information is input correctly, including your billing address.

  • Where do you ship to?

We only ship within the United States. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Please use another shipping address for your order or you may experience a delay while we reach out to verify a new address.

  • How much is shipping?

Shipping cost is based on location and weight of the package. We do our best to give you the best rates possible.

  • When will I receive my package?

For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 4-5 business days after processing. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing from the date your order is placed.

Exchanges

Exchanges can be made within 14 days of shipping. This can be done through our Return Portal.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your new item is defective, you may go through our Return Portal. You will need to provide a photo. You may also email a photo and your order number to cs@jencohandbag.com.

Missing Items

If you are missing an item, please email us at cs@jencohandbag.com.

Price Adjustments

If an item you've purchased has gone down in price and is still in stock, you can request a one-time price adjustment within 7 days of your order date.

Please note that items purchased using a promotion code or other discount aren't eligible for a price adjustment. Price adjustments will also not be made for Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and any other exclusive sale or event like our Mother's Day Exclusive. Any products bought during a sale are all final sale. Please email us if you have any question about price adjustments.
