straps fall off like completely unscrew when wearing it. i wore it out once and the buckle unwound on its own 3 times

The colors on the website are misleading they show a light yellow vs a mustard is what is really in the strap and what I got.
From the front she’s a 10/10, so cute and I love it so much. But the side profile looks… questionable. I have pre-teen boys and I already know what they will say about it.

I had bought the smaller guitar straps but with the amount of stuff I carry I needed a bit of a longer strap to carry comfortably. The long ones are perfect!
Love this bag. It’s a great bag for pickleball. And I’m about to use it on a trip to Hawaii. I will take put the pickleball stuff and put my travel stuff. And when I get to Hawaii I will take out the insert and I Anne a beach bag. ❤️
I loved my first set so much I bought a second pair.
I love my new bag. I use it for work. I did put my liner from my older bag and it is a little high. But this way I can pull the liner out and carry the bag for something else on the fly.

Nice tote! Return is not an easy process! Had a problem with the liner so I am waiting to get it so I can use it. Wasn’t able to use it on the trip I took but I will in the future!
Love these totes! I bought the smaller size in a boutique and the larger size to replace my favorite grocery tote, which was wearing out. Love the look, form, and function! It's the perfect size for groceries, doesn't collapse while loading, can be easily cleaned, is durable, and has handles long enough to sling over my shoulder so I can load it pretty heavily. Bonus - it's super cute! I can see myself getting many more of these versatile, good looking totes.

Best tote! I’ve taken it to the pool, to the mountains, to sporting events and it’s a gem. I love the insert for everyday use and I remove it for when I know I may need to put wet or dirty items in my tote. Many people ask me where I bought this tote because they love it.

I am so bummed out about this. I love the tote and the insert, but unfortunately, the guitar straps started falling apart after just a few days; which really stinks because I love their look! Versa totes return policy is no help, if it didn’t happen in the first three days and if anything is out of its original package or has tags removed, you’re just stuck with it. Disappointing, especially with it being $140 purchase. Unfortunate learning experience
I use my tote cruising! It’s perfect to carry-on items on the plane and then remove insert and beach ready! Now when going thru security everything stays in place and nothing falls out! I love my tote!
