We hope you love your new Versa Tote purchase, but adding re:do will give you peace of mind. Upon receipt of your items, you'll be able to use our Return Portal to exchange or gain store credit if you're not feeling the love. The return label is free!

Re:do must be purchased with an item. It cannot be purchased separately and used for another order. Exchanges can be made for a different color in the same style. You only need one re:do label per order.

Non-defective merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee per our Return Policy.

Keeping Its Shape

Protect your tote's shape by keeping it out of extreme heat. This means being mindful of leaving it in the hot car for extended periods of time.

Watch the Weight

While our totes are meant to do all the heavy-lifting, avoid resting heavy items on top of the totes! This will prevent the durable design from warping.

Cleaning Your Tote

Life gets messy! Versa Tote is easy to clean with just water. For tougher stains we suggest using mild soap or an anti-bacterial wipe.

Cleaning Your Liner and Accessories

For liners, we recommend using a soft cloth and mild soap to spot clean. Our Everyday Liners can be machined-washed on the delicate cycle and then hung to dry. Do not place them in the dryer.

For straps and accessories, we recommend spot cleaning with a soft cloth and warm water. For stubborn marks, try a gentle dish detergent on a cloth or sponge. Do not use any harsh chemicals or abrasive cloths or brushes.

Items may be returned for a refund or store credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If items are not damaged and are not returned in their original packaging, a restock fee will be applied. Please review our full Return Policy here.
